**Signed sessions now return permanent public document URLs** The session.signed webhook, the signer's confirmation email and the stored session now use docman's publicUrl instead of the presigned MinIO downloadUrl, which was only reachable on the private network and expired after an hour. This matches the envelope flow; stored sessions and webhook consumers no longer need to handle expiring links. (#69)
